AMA Recap: NFTify x FireAnt

On Monday, April 26th, Nikita Ngan Nguyen, CEO and Co-founder at NFTify, joined a live AMA (Ask Max Anything) on FIREANT CRYPTO 대화방. She gave an informative introduction about what NFTify is, answered questions about the project, upcoming plans and much more.

This blog post includes a recap of the live AMA session and features the questions asked by community members, as well as Nikita’s answers.

Hi everyone! This is Nikita from NFTify. I’m so excited to be here. This is actually our 1st AMA!!!

A little bit about myself. I’ve been working in the IT industry for the last 12 years, and Blockchain in particular for the last 6 years. I’m a businesswoman first and foremost. It’s like a natural instinct for me to turn any topic into business. Besides work, I enjoy spending time in nature, reading books, hanging out with friends, cooking, doing yoga, playing golf… In short, I am the kind of person who thinks 24 hours a day is not enough. That’s enough about me :)

FIREANT CRYPTO: Great!! With six years of Crypto experience, you must know a lot about the crypto world! I’m looking forward to it! Personally, what is your favorite coin? without NFTify. :)

Haha, we have 6 years developing hundreds of Blockchain projects for international startups. Of course, there have been many crypto projects that we helped build from ICO to exchanges to Dapps. However we also build non-crypto Blockchain-based platforms in Healthcare, Asset management, etc.,

There are many projects that are so exciting! I’m looking into Bit Country and Star Atlas.

Questions from the Community

@liveanzel: I know nftify is a project based on Polkadot. However, most projects based on Polkadot usually launch tokens based on Ethereum due to main-net issues. So most come out first as an Ethereum-based token. I think nftify will do it in the same way, am I right?

Yes, that is correct. We’ll issue tokens on Ethereum, and build bridges to Polkadot and BSC.

@imverysorry: NFTify has lending nft, gamified nft as use cases, Could you explain what they are, and what could we expect from the use cases

Yes, We divide the development of NFTify into phases.

In the 1st phase, we are focusing on features that allow content creators to create NFT Store to sell their NFTs, and customize the store for branding purposes.

After that, there will be features to give users options of issuing NFT on different Blockchains including BSC, ETH… as well as issuing at different NFT formats such as music, video etc.,

In the next phase, we will build a secondary marketplace to allow users to list and resell NFT. There also will be a lending, collateral platform where people can collateralize NFTs to execute Defi transactions, and Gamified for gamers to trade Gamified NFT.

@parkgwangeun: Usually, when people think nft market, they usually imagine some image or artwork. but it’s unusual that NFTify makes a profit from the land, so let me know if it could be, is this real estate or just land like usual nft things in metaverse?

First of all, let me clarify about NFTify. NFTify is a platform to allow anyone to create their own NFT store and issue tokens for their digital assets. By digital assets, they can be in different forms: painting, music, video, picture… And virtual real estate could be tokenized for trading and making profit.

It’s an all-in-one platform for anyone, anything NFT! People won’t need to use another platform outside of NFTify.

@chrkdtl: What is the penalty related to copyright? What happens if somebody makes issues about copyright in NFTify?

Store owners will need to provide KYC when creating a store on NFTify. Therefore, we’ll be able to communicate and clarify the issue. Also, if there is copyright violation, our built-in AI services will be able to detect and potentially remove it from listing.

@jong382: Why should nft owners use the NFTify platform instead of building their own platform? What are the benefits of nft owners?

There are many reasons for them to use NFTify platform instead of building their own. From our experience, if you already read the story of how we started NFTify in our introductory blog, it takes months and hundreds of thousands USD to build a platform like Opensea or Nifty Gateway. By using NFTify, people will have their own store in minutes,and pay very little. Artists who have struggled to start selling their arts will find this greatly beneficial. By this, we position ourselves as the Shopify of NFT. However, that only describes our first phase. There will be a lot more utility features to support users that you won’t find anywhere else. @specialgami: NFTify focuses on small businesses creating their own nft marketplace. The most famous ones in the nft marketplace are Nifty and Open City. In the case of Nifty, I think it is a platform that artists can refer to in NFTify as a platform for selling their works. In the end, I think it’s Nftify’s task to hire a competent artist. I wonder if you have a lot of connections with artists who can create NFTs.

Great question!

Artists that wish to sell their NFTs but struggle to build their own brand will be our main users to create stores and NFTs. We have the support from the Top Tier1 VCs, who can bring in a lot of projects and artists that need marketplace. We already have many in discussion right now to develop the ecosystem. We are even talking to some of the top world artists in Hollywood!

@Eidhrheo: The market is unstable, everyone said the bear market is coming. How do you see the nft boom going?

The market will go up and down. However, NFTify is a long term project. We are confident with our technical capabilities, overall understanding about the ecosystem, and very strong support from our advisors, investors, partners, we will be able to pioneer it through all fluctuations
